Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Fbg 6.8 after a 19.2 reading before insulin and 4hrs sleep. Taking sugar coated ibruprofen and vit c effervescents as sugar free ibruprofen has ran out. Its serving one adult and 2 children. Mr ickihun not affected. He very rarely catches bugs. Still taking co-codamol for pelvic pain.
@Tim55 I've replaced naproxen with ibruprofen as started paining in rest.

I used to get in the 3's regularly, which was apparently a bit too low, but I'm not on medication and didn't hypo. Do I need to watch out for the numbers slowly creeping up? (I was 4.9 yesterday, and it started me worrying about a gradual rising pattern, even though I appreciate the numbers aren't that high in themselves)
