Back to a more acceptable 5.1 this morning - like Ickihun I think starting to take supplements again has helped.
But I kind of wish we'd bought the holiday euros yesterday.......

- When people who know nothing about the LCHF diet tell me I'm killing myself being on it. I was killing myself not being on it!
up in the 7's again 7.3 at 05.00hrs The 2 slices of toast and the buttery yesterday didn't help. But I have a clear kitchen now, so plenty of room to cook real meals (apart from large whelping bed in the middle of the room!).

Well it started with a 3 which was obviously wrong, which I put down to the shock of turning on the BBC News at 5:30 
and on the second attempt it was a 4.6.
