5.3 this morning. Went to friends last night for meal, rice and chicken followed by plum crumble. She did look at me when presenting the desert and question it. I did say sugar flour and fruit not normally on my agenda but ate it anyway. When I got home almost 3 hours later 4.8 so I was very happy with this mornings reading.
