Have not posted for a few days been feeling a little down, but last three FBG levels were 6.5 then 4.9 and this morning 5.7.

Latest HbA1c as of yesterday 35.

4.7 surprised myself: tested 8.1 pre meal( evening ) so went out for a quick run. tested again 4.2.
Had noodles soup for dinner. This could be a RESULT.
