Pleasure. We all learn from one another on here. I am trying to keep carbs down to a minimum but yes I have drifted every now and then. Not sure on the potatoes. Haven't had them at all this year but maybe someone else has and could advise? I suppose the only way to check would be to test a small amount first? I think that chap in the diet doctor link experimented with this. I shall have a look see later.[/QUOTE]
Hola @Susikav

Yes he did he went on a carb weekend. Worth a read when you have a mo. Also look at the comments posted - split decision on spuds.

5.9 mmol / L this morning.
Didn't test before bed.
Good sleep even if it started the wrong side (just) of midnight.
Happy start to my day.

9.0 at 6:30, 7.5 at 03:30 when my 2 year old woke me up and 3.7 30 minutes after got to sleep.

Feel like I'm going backwards

69 mg/dl or 3.83 mmoles/l..................[ still on 14 grams carbs/ day experiment ]
I think i would be feeling dizzy with these numbers Pasha and your experiment is clearing demonstrating the relationships. Great stuff.

4.4 am, my lowest fasting by some margin.... out last night, so a simple 3 egg omelette mushrooms, cheese and chives.. 5.2 when we got back 3 hours after eating..... bought a new pan for making omelettes...

5.9 not in the least surprised, sleep has been at a premium the last 3/4 nights culminating in 2 hrs last night.

However it is POETS day and my nephews stag do this afternoon.

Have a good one all
