Slim noodles - and I didn't even eat the whole pack, to avoid stretching the stomach, I.e. Chinese restaurant effect

3.8 this morning. I was very good at a birthday party though I did have 3 x JD's and diet coke. Avoided all the carbs in the food. 3.1 mile Park Run yesterday.

7.5 fasting. I've been all talk and no action this week. Stern word (and a bit more dicipline) needed to get numbers down.

That after we all go round to @Larissima's house for a curry lunch of course.

5.7 when wide awake at 5am....Once again throwing the covers off to cool down, telling myself to try and doze off again- only chance to have a lazy morning, then the cats decides she wants to go out! I did eventually snooze, but then woke up really hungry at 8am, tested and was 6.3......!!

Rubbish rubbish 7.6 this morning. Have been doing lots of activity; 25 miles of brisk walking this week and started cycling. But in the last few days this has really stoked hunger pangs and am guilty of late night peanut and cheese snacking Weight loss continuing but not at the pace was hoping for. On the positive side am sure my fitness is steadily improving.
