Can't complain about those readings even though my carb control isn't as tight as it should be.
No fasting or bed time figures as I've depleted my supply of testing strips.

Have a feeling they would have been good figures too! LOL
Mayb unsweetened almond or soya milk would help drop the numbers or a slightly smaller amount of oats...Hi as i said fasting was 6.4 had a bowl of porridge and a cup of coffee all with semi skimmed milk 2 hours later 8.5.
