Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

Woke up feeling rubbish bad headache, chesty and starving. No wonder I am starving and got headache my bs is the lowest ever 4.0

4.7 this morning. I am off to Leeds for a long weekend now, so might not be quite so good for a couple of days.

Last night i thought i have fish and chips , so had half a fish with some chips and peas. " hours later was 7.2. This morning it 5.8
 
8.4 this am its raining outside hoping its gonna get warmer as the day goes on
 
After a 7.7 2 hours post prandial yesterday evening (where did that come from???????) I was 5.0 at bedtime & 4.3 this morning.
 
Good morning all I'm 4.9 this morning
On the cold wet and miserable Brummigam morning. Off to Welsh boarders later but don't think it will get better
