I have read that taking a shower can spike your BG but no idea why.5.3 after my shower - not sure if that would affect it?
4.8 is a good test if your normally higher then this could be the reason your body not used to the lower level.4.8 got the tingly feet again mild shooting pains though.
Something not right with how your BG is jumping up like that.....Thanks Baruney just did my 2 hour check 11.9 !!!! double checked the same ,i am on tablets to help me stop smoking but never shot up that high
