Seems reasonable in account for the heinous nature of the crimes committed. When's the ban from. Offence committed or offence reported to the carb police?
As a young combat soldier I once did something against the military rules, and was given a suspended sentence of 6 months for two years ie if I did some other law breaking during the next two years then I would go to the military jail for six months. Almost 50 years have passed and I still vividly remember the whole thing.
The worst punishment that I could dream up for you was a 72 hour house arrest if you misbehaved over the next two years. I really think it was a Walter Mitty moment for me, just imagining what I went through all those years ago, only this time the roles were reversed.I was the judge and you were the young [carbohydrate combat] soldier.
Now that all is normal, I hope that your numbers return to normal and that you dont spoil the results of all that wonderful effort you invested in the ND.
Cheers,
Pasha.
