Diagnosed prediabetic Easter 2014. Just left to get on with it, no guidance or help from GP. Every day I'm learning something new.

I have no faith in the medical lot any more :(

4.2 for me this morning. Last night was 3.8 post prandially again, so I seem to be rising a little overnight these days. I need to keep an eye on that, although low 4s aren't at all shabby.. I may need to increase my lunchtime or evening eating, I think, as I've also lost another 1kg, which is really going to the lower end of my weight tolerances. I know it must seem I'm moaning about getting too skinny, but that's not a good place to be either.

6 this morning- I noticed I was awake more due to the very warm night but didn't have too pee during the night like normal so maybe that's why not 5.3 like yesterday!

6.3 - I need to test when I wake up but it's too comfy to get up out of bed to wash hands.

6.7 so fairly normal for me. I dont' seem to get into the 5 except just before meals, but I am happy with the 6s

8.8 this morning......I much prefer 5 or 6's......but such is life!
