Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

5.5 this morning.....Day 6 of the Newcastle Diet (normal readings 7.5) , so things are heading in the right direction!! I could eat a dead donkey, scabby side up though......
 
You'd really be giving him back the woman he married. Do you still have your wedding dress, or whatever you wore?

I still have it. It was a Victorian lace two piece so I could wear the blouse bit again. I think I'd look a bit Miss Havisham if I went for the veil and skirt as well.

4.7 after 8hrs fasting. Last food packet of salt and vinegar square crisps
 
5.3 this morning. A step in the right direction.

I've not been monitoring and eating carefully and recently my morning reads have been 6.7 - 7.2. I've started taking care again and I'm glad to see my morning read respond accordingly. Whenever my reads start to climb I have a fear that I've ruined my body and it's all uphill.
