5.6 at 08:30 today. I woke up at 05:00 and was more-or-less awake from then on, so I think it may have been a bit of a liver dump. Otherwise can't think why it should have gone up, even though it's not much.

Seems we get picky as we get accustomed to lower fasting readings - this time last year I'd have been delighted with 5.6!

5.7 at 5.30 am. Really wish I wasn't awake and doing my bg at 5.30 am on a Bank Holiday. The day can only get better.

5.9 which is better than the 6.5 yesterday. (Curry and 2 chappati had a lot to do with that). Last night had chicken, 2 new spuds and loads of vedge, + some dark choc so really happpy to be below 6. Seem to have a bread related problem. Tonight is chicken tikka and salad - the pitta so should be interesting tomorrow.
