You certainly have a lot on your plate there dear.... It sounds like you need to be relaxing a bit and taking care of yourself, not pandering to anyone else... How difficult life can be - it seems to throw a load of stuff at you all at once sometimes.... chin up, and stay strong... We are always here listening...

Your halo is showing... I ate a tablespoon of mash today, and 4 cherries... went from being perfect at 4.4 fasting - first time since before Christmas - to 7.5... mind you, that was only an hour after eating... will test again later....

4.8 this morning. I'm loosing the fight with my warm, cosy, comfortable bed on these cold mornings.
It looks like it's doing you good to stay there, with that reading...

That post I made yesterday saying no stress in my life?

Bin it!!

Nothing earth shattering, just a matter of timing!
Hope it levels out again soon....

7.0 this morning after a unsettled night chest still playing up:-( but better than it has been. Hopefully home next week if no more fluid build ups.
More good news... keep it up...

Snap i am on Seritide 500/50 but my dosage is now higher than reqermended 2 puffs 3 times a day. I am also on ventolin inhaler and nebulisers, slowly phillyn, singular, atrovent and methertraxate. I am also on prednesolone 40mg a day as well as antibiotics. Hope your chest is stable cause steroids play havoc with blood sugar levels

Well said BT...

...what Sable said...

Hope you feel a bit better tomorrow.... try to rest, although it sounds like Piccadilly Circus there...

I discovered that today when I had some root veg, a tablespoon of mash and 4 cherries....

It all sounds really positive....

Nice...

Disappointing 5.8 this morning, however ate small portion of home made stir fried vegetable chicken and a cup of Pg tips 10 minutes before bed.
Got home very late and did not do any exercise.
