Don't forget, protien with carbs slows how fast carbs are absorbed, like soluble fiber.

5.4 yet again despite the Snickers bar around 2am when dog got me up to go out. Half asleep, hungry and a Snicker bar I'd found lurking in my dried beans box and left on the side, all let to me eating it.....
Late posting but for me forums have been down since this morning, just came back up short while ago.

Maybe you are normalising. We all have a natural level and maybe your liver and pancreas have just found it.
The 5's are perfectly normal. I wish I could stay in the 5's all day!

Pushed me over the limit no doubt but guess being by itself total carbs limited to the bar itself. Plus nuts in it may have helped

5.353 mmol/L Average Fasting since 28 Oct 2014 (not including above readings)

Metformin at midnight, with one 'Baby Bel' cheese and coffee cream, as it says take with food, went to bed 12.45 am. Up at 7.38am.
