Still work in progress too kaz....not giving up!:angelic::woot:
Well I think that will always be the case, same thing goes for me as well. But it's well worth it when you see the good results, and it gives you the incentive to carry on. You go girl ;)

7.2 this cold bright morning. Does any thoughts on is drinking no added sugar vimto over night would effect my fasting BG? Chest happy this morning will take pumps and see what happens.:-\

Could well do loulou ..... who's to know? I just read up on the contents so I'd be a little wary about it. But that's just me. I just do water as I don't trust anything else.

Glad to see everything else is OK :)

(Paranoid) Mike :)

Thanks Mike the main reason i have it is to take the taste of my pumps away when i need them over night. It is one of the few sqaushes i have found without shulphates in the UK.

Keep at it @ally1

Do what many others haven't. Achieve goals dismissed by those who do not care. Assume a responsibility beyond what you thought was possible.

But why am I saying this? You've done all of the above and a LOT more. You are amazing :)

To come back from where you were is an achievement few could match.

Mike

Yesterday = 4.4 (post-dinner = 5.1)
Today = 3.4 (post-dinner = 4.3)

<Edit> The 3.4 is a personal best and that's 9 consecutive days below 5 which beats the previous record of 8 which was 31/12-7/1
