That'll be the bowl of custard and the two Oreo biscuits last night then .....

Thanks the antibiotics are starting to kick in and my throat is going down can now manage most things. Spring marks the beginning of the hayfever season until after September. Heyo that's the fun of been automatic having hayfever and a hey dodgy immune system. Lets see if I can get through today without an asthma attack. Morning bs 7.0.

Take care CE glad the celebrations went well. Rest and take things easy.

4.7 this morning
Winning the battle with the infection bombardment, but still have a way to go.
Can't get better than that Madingo.
Get well soon mate.

Cool here too loulou ... cannot wait for winter Drizzle and soooo good

Ally, if at all possible, try doing a little more exercise of any kind.

Ecercise is what's making all the difference for me.

Me as well Ally has been great .... I doubt whether I could have done what she has given recent family issues. A lapse is fine but I know she'll come back ..... a fighter if I've ever seen one !!

Batch 44 has me at 5.9 this morning, bed wad 5.4 so not convinced as I usually flat line
Got to call and pick up my new patch from the sorting office later and only around 4 strips of 44 left .....yay!!
Having two early starts and long days working at the centre over the weekend meant I turned my meals around and had my main meal at lunch time and I'm not used to that- but I had been very good and organised and took my portioned up home cooked meals from my freezer so my intake didn't change, just the timing!

8.5 this morning ! How did that happen !

Wait for it, I know - ate a lot last night :-(
