Thanks the antibiotics are starting to kick in and my throat is going down can now manage most things. Spring marks the beginning of the hayfever season until after September. Heyo that's the fun of been automatic having hayfever and a hey dodgy immune system. Lets see if I can get through today without an asthma attack. Morning bs 7.0.Oh boy, you really are going through the wars still.... what a shame... I wouldn't think that eating small, soft stuff would hurt, but you'll know after the first few days for sure... what about low-carb bread in home-made veggie soup? Scrambled egg? Avocado? It's not going to be easy, is it? I hope the anti-bugs kick in quickly so you start to feel a bit better... You'll be glad when the spring gets here, for sure...![]()

So busy that I hardly ate anything for two days and nothing carby. Didn't even sample my favourite raised veg and feta couscous dish!! Paying for all the activity and stress now as in fibromyalgia flare up.
