A nice steady 5.0 this morning, now for a plate of bacon, egg, tomato and mushrooms yum yum:hungry: I do love my days off:)

5.0 on the spot, family gathering this evening, won't be testing tomorrow, I know they will be in the 3.6 - 4 in the morning, vodka has that effect on me.

Have a good Friday and weekend everyone, back later.
Enjoy, perhaps I should start having a few vodkas....for medicinal reasons of course;)

Bedtime - 6.9
Fasting - 7.6

Anyone know how long Forxiga takes to kick in....? ;)

6.7 for me this morning... trying to get back on the straight and narrow. From Monday I am going back to basics, no treats, no carbs except from veg and definitely no nuts - well except for the ones I live with :)

7.1 this morning.
Frozen meal late last night as I missed normal meal time due to running around hither and thither for everyone.

5.5, driving home later this afternoon, but working weekend awaits :(

I have a dreadful sore throat.
Can hardly speak hardly swallow.

Try sipping a teaspoon of olive oil, sounds odd but it works::))
Cheers Clive I've actually done just that but mixed it with a teaspoon of honey too.
The honey is a bit risky maybe but I'm thinking it's only a teaspoon.

Ok jack but watch the honey , hope you get some relief,::))

4.9....down rather from yesterday's 5.8 yet I was naughty and indulged in cinder toffee before bed after a post tea test of 4.7
