5.8, sort of normal-ish, but need to get some exercise in today.

A disappointing 5.4 this morning. Had relaxed and not tested at all for the last 2 days except for the fasting test so I guess it's a kick up the back side to not get complacent.

5.4 on monday
5.7 tuesday
6.2 today
@s_k_s
Trying to make things a little easy for you
Have got a real bad body pain cough cold and fever since 2 days and readings gone haywire but still not that bad

5.4 last night
5.6 this morning, up in the middle of the night for a slash... unusual and don't like it.

Don't worry about carbs in leafy greens and even to an extent, carrots. But starchy veg. like potatoes, sweet potatoes, parsnips, turnips, swede, etc. should be avoided. Onions, garlic, leeks, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes are also fine. Avocados are excellent - some info indicates 9 or 10g carbs/100g but that includes fibre which you can ignore (in fact this is applicable to many mainly US websites that include fibre in the carb content levels).

Why be unhappy in the fives I don't get it?
You're diabetic ....
Just taken wife to the docs and I nearly passed out.
Very light headed breathing a bit tight feel very faint.
Ended up with the doc checking me over and giving me anti biotics for a chest infection and sending me home to bed.
No way could I drive back.
Just got in and bloods are 3.4 .... anything below 4 is difficult for me .... light headed etc.
Why I'm so low I know not.
Had porridge for breakfast with sugar on!
I'm off to bed after this cuppa and egg on toast.

Get well soon, glad you are taking care of yourself

Jack, know how you feel after Saturday, hope your feeling better now.
