5.7, oh dear the trend is going the wrong way :( No idea what's causing this apart from the fact that I had quite a bit of difficulty getting a decent size blood droplet. Will do another before lunch; been too long since I had something in the 4s.

ok feeling fed up with my liver this morning...

5.6 before bed
5.3 at 02:15 when I got up to go to the little girls room
7.1 upon waking....

4.7 this morning - I'm getting pretty stable on my fasting figures (as long I avoid pizza ;))

Fasting 5.2, which is good as it gets for me..

though 2 hours after feeding last night it was 7.6! Not too sure where that came from as it was a low low carb meal.

Another wet day round here, so unlikely to get out for lunchtime walk.... bah!
Hope your day is good.

Was it high in protein?

Was it high in protein?
Crust-less quiche cauliflower, broccoli, eggs, leaks, chorizo and some cheese on the top and a green salad with tomato, with small amount of dressing, olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper.... and could have eaten it twice!

I'll be doing that very shortly Lou.
Spent a few hours in bed earlier but I'm going to have to crawl back there aft6er this cuppa.
Feel better soon JtL and Z@LouLou... Stay in the warm... Lou, the catkins are already everywhere.. :(
