There doesn't seem to be an "OFFICIAL" fasting figure anywhere that I can find. Think most of us work to pre-pandial numbers for fasting levels.....

Buried somewhere in the 'living with diabetes' section of the DUK site it says normal non-diabetic fasting levels are between 3.9 and 5.5. I can't link it because I'm on my IPad and it's a pain.

No worries and thanks. Tried looking again a few months ago and still only found that pre and post prandial table ....

4.3 this morning, made me feel great, lowest I've had for weeks, on Accu Chek Mobile, didn't re-check but was low going to bed also 5.2.
