Thanks vit90 you have helped me cause I didn't realise dried fruit had that many carbs.

It's a bit of a chore but I really do recommend googling <food item> carbohydrate to see how many carbs/100g in g the food you want to eat contains. Make sure the figure excludes dietary fibre - US sites tend to do a total including fibre and then break it down to fibre and sugars, with the remaining difference being starches. I good target is to restrict your carbs to 50g per day, maybe less if you want to explore the possibility of a ketogenic diet where you make your body actively burn fat for energy primarily; this is very good for weight loss as well as cutting the carbs.
