Unacceptable ......100 lines, "I must not eat carbs in my dreams."

OK, Mandingo. That's not much of a punishment though. I was once given 600 lines of "I must never, ever, ever, under any circumstances whatsoever, masticate sweetmeats during my mathematical lesson" ! :(

yes that is scary ..try and do some exercise and make your next meal as low carb as you can ..that helps lower my readings :)

Hi Mojo37
I exercise every week, I do Karate twice a week for 1 and a half hour each time. and eat health. Even if I have a low carb it goes up silly.

4.4 fasting. Post-dinner was 4.5. Running 6 days a week at the moment so that seems to be ironing out any spikes.

Apologies for the direct and to the point comment, but you can't eat things like muesli with numbers like that. You need to avoid carbs (apart from dietary fibre) like the plague to get your numbers under control. Muesli is stacked with carbs, not only from any dried fruit but also in the cereal in the muesli. At this stage I'd ignore any advice about good or bad or GI carbs, just cut carbs out as much as you can.

I sort of meant 1/2 hr after your meal and maybe than will help bring your blood level down today ..I know 20 mins on the treadmill brings mine down ...when I have the will power which I haven't today lol
