4.3

I think I'm no longer type two certainly not type one but now type three quarters and a bit with all these good readings or .... is a juggernaught of diabetic mayhem going to hit me out of the blue I keep thinking.

Hm, 6.0 this morning. I did have a small roast potato and roast sweet potato with my Sunday roast yesterday with the intention of testing after dinner, so 5.1 before but by the time I remembered I had to test again it was 3 hours past :( Just today left on the diet as tomorrow I will be on a jet plane (actually three different ones and a total of 16 hours in the air!).

It is so difficult... I keep small tins of BabyBel and 85% chocolate in my bag... baby Snickers bars too for real emergencies... Don't order the Diabetic Meal for goodness' sake...:) I usually order the Hindu meal - if you like curry it's always good, but leave the rice.. :) Have a safe and uneventful trip... don't forget to wiggle your legs and feet around.. :)

Thanks Susikav I might give it a go ,I did buy a nutribullet at the beginning of the year you know when you are full of good intentions lol .:)
:) I know exactly what you mean - cupboards full of stuff - including a spirializer, to make pasta from courgettes (which works like a dream actually) - but I do love my Bullet and use it every day... I love the hot chocolate I make at night - I use the little coins of pure cacao, hot water, Stevia, cream, coconut oil and a tsp of peanut butter... lush, and it seems to help my morning liver dump best of all... :) Unforch, when I am away in hotels I cannot do it... I have a plan to buy a milk frother and pack it next time, along with a small tupperware of stevia, coconut oil and cacao... I always have a carton of cream in the fridge for my espresso and this morning I had raspberries, blueberries and cream from the breakfast bar - lush... never thought of it before.. I'm definitely getting rid of the diabetic brain fog slowly... :)

6.4 this morning after a bedtime reading of 5.2.
It's so frustrating when you've been so good, isn't it? :) The guys here keep saying that evening exercise helps - one hour after eating? I just cannot seem to bring myself to cook, wash up, tidy up the left-overs AND go walkies on my machine when I'm still quite full... :( Besides wanting to catch up with the Rugby/Tennis/Formula 1 - or crime drama I've missed... :) I'm sure I should though... :shifty:
