Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

Fasting p this morning to 6.7 - probably due to stress - sodding $%&* husband thinks I should oblige him and eat cornflour because it's more convenient for him if he wants to thicken food - my refusal to accept this resulted in him more or less telling me I was clueless low carb wise.

I expect my blood pressure's through the roof now too.... And NO - I don't feel like being sensible and calming down just yet!

Yes - but mainly when they're ignorant, bloody minded, instant expert, know-it-alls. However I do find some of them quite human particularly when I get a bit of understanding and sympathy from them...
