Record it and move on.....as you know its the hardest to control so just concentrate on your pre and posts while you're getting back into the swing of things ..... x

This morning was 6.4 mmol / L but, it was nearly elevenses time. Nice lay in - probably past my liver dump so I'm happy with that.
Doubly happy when considering my pre bed was a whopping 11.6 mmol / L - I was a bad boy and had some chip shop chips! Probably would have been a flatter curve if I hadn't eaten the half portion on it's own. I can normally eat a full portion with a mushroom omelette you see.

- people who think nothing is wrong with you because they do not see blood or a plaster cast, i suffer with arthritis & use a zimmer & wheelchair but because they cant see anything wrong people assume nothing is wrong with you.

Interesting: 5.7 when I got up this morning, now 6.5 after my usual Sunday morning 10k run.

Had two of those today too. 5.3 pre and post breakfast can't remember what dinner was now but also a flatlineFasting still high at 6.8 but it was a late test again.
After breakfast and before lunch were still to high for my liking, but no spikes so far - at 7.2 and 7.3. But I do like my spikeless levels...
