5.8, OK but still don't seem to be able to get 5.5 or less three days in a row. 4.9 before dinner last night though.

5.1 for me - of course that's an hour later than usual due to us putting our clocks back.....hope you all remembered?? My last day at work today then my much needed little break! :)

Nope. I forgot. It will be a long morning till lunch time!

Very pleased with my numbers though

5.3 going to bed at 11-30pm
5.3 at 2-50am
5.2 this morning

:)

5.0 this morning.
That's after the flu shot Friday, a carby lunch, (walking around all yesterday though to burn it off), so quite pleased.

3.8 for me this morning. I surely am seeing a real cluster of these lower range scores at the moment. A few days ago, I thought they were down to an increasing hunger I was feeling, but trust me, I have dealt with that little issue!! Oh well. I’m happy and comfortable enough on them, just conscious they are regularly at my lower ranges.

Today is a domestic day, in readiness for my OH arriving home in a few days. The poor man has been working like a Trojan over there to clear up as much of the chaos as possible after the big storm. I think he’s ready for the break. We can tackle most of the repairs when we go back.

Play nicely boys and girls. The sun is shining, and life is good.

take your pick- tested at 7 when I woke 7.1!!! Got up rewashed hands and got 5.8 and 6.2 which seemed more likely. Dosed and retested at 10 and got 7, 5.7 , 5.8. This is last of this batch of strips and I'm glad as every so often they've been really weird.

My current batch is also weird @cold ethyl Some strips are fine but I am getting some wild readings on others. Some too low and some too high. I am getting to the point where I am not trusting any of them. So glad I don't need them for medication doses!

I was intending making some of that today to try.....I got coconut flour though as my local Holland and barret didn't have almond flour!!
Ground almonds will be expensive there won't they? I appreciate you may not have lidl or Aldi where you are but cheaper there. The other main supermarkets may also be cheaper. Tesco £2 for 200g.

bit like that here- and I've just checked new order and it's same batch number. I rarely retest but rattled through last pot in 4 days which is unheard of.

7.0 this morning which was a relief as I went to bed on 11.5... High reading last nite was due to me being a very bad girl carb wise. I felt really ill so I won't be coming off the wagon again in a hurry. I wouldn't mind but I don't think I really enjoyed what I ate anyway grrr

Sometimes we need experiences like that Kezzer to reinforce the justification for what we're doing. Don't make a habit of it though! ;)

5.9 for me

Yesterday was the first day I stayed below 7 all day !!!. Seems embracing this LCHF thing is working for me

7.1 this morning, highest in 6 days. I woke up tired this morning, so reckon I may have had a dump. I have just eaten bacon for breakfast and hope that will set it right.

Last night at 10pm mine was 5.3. Had not eaten anything for 2hrs before this test.

This morning fasting one at 7.33am was 6.1

Had breakfast at 8.20am 30grms Cornflakes, 3ozs Skimmed Milk and 30grms Blueberries.

Tested 2hrs after Breakfast and it was 4.8.

Could my fasting reading be high because I didn't eat enough the day before or not taking in enough fluids.

As I expected the fasting reading to be the lowest of the 2. This have happened 2 days running.

Fabulous Mike!! Lchf is amazing isn't it?!!

Thanks kimbo :) It makes a difference and I can pick it up in a improvement in mood, lower levels and feeling much more assured.

Have dropped Guinness completely (substituted it with a few glasses of wine) and feel better for it. :):):)
