Thankyou. That's helpful...I'm already using butter with almost everything olive oil coconut oil...It seems wierdly that the more fat I consume at low carb levels. The more weight I'm losing. Its unreal?? A bit of trial and error is maybe in order now
Absolutely. That is my experience too. When I upped my fat intake, my weight loss speeded up. I still can't get my head around it.
Used to eat cream in coffee at breakfast, brie and scratchings for lunch, then cream on berries in evening.
Now I'm eating pate AND coffee for breakfast, same lunch, same berries and cream, but adding creamy sauces and/or cheese to evening meal, and the weight loss has doubled.
Bizarre, but my snazzy scales don't lie, because my clothes are looser too. I think I now weigh less than I have for 10 years.
