5.3 so my happy 5's are still with me, however Sunday is weigh in day for me.

Pre Christmas 12 St 2 lbs, now 12 St 5lbs. Not happy with that back to the bike.

Have a good day everyone.

Went to bed on 6.2 this morning 5.9 getting back to where I was before Christmas arrived. Have gain 2 pounds over the last 3 days it's the Pringles I only have to look at crisps to gain weight. Have put them out of temptations ways.

5.7 here, and another sunny morning.

For me a "high" 6 after going to bed on 5.3, but after an awful disturbed long night with an unwell daughter, call to 111 for advice resulting in them sending an ambulance I guess par for the course! She has been unwell for a week now and I had been trying to put off going to urgent care ( we were downgraded from a&e) and waiting for gp to be open tomorrow. We stayed home on advice of how busy the a&e would be at Boston (23 miles), observe and ring if need advice, try for gp online appointment tonight......what a worry!

What a nightmare for you Kim. I hope your daughter is feeling a bit better this morning. Is this the same thing that happened a few weeks ago? Sending hugs.

Hi Kimbo, sorry to hear about your daughter. Hope you are both okay

For the first time in decades I had some supper last night about 3 hours after tea and 2 hours before bed at 12-30am. Only cheese, water crackers, mayo and pickled onions. I just got the munchies for some reason. This so rarely happens to me. Anyway, no significant effect on my readings.

5.6 after tea plus 3 hours and before supper
5.2 after supper plus 2 hours/bedtime
5.6 this morning

That 6 is not surprising under the circumstances Kim - I hope your daughter gets better soon.

3.9 this morning. Made me wonder if I should test again but down to last few strips. Got my GP review tomorrow so that should be an interesting meeting.

3.9 for me this morning, so bang in the middle of my personal comfort zone. (Others' comfort zones apply to them.)

Today begins the run up to the next big adventure, with lists of "To-Do Before Going", "To-Do On Arrival" and "Shutting Up The House" getting dusted down. Those lists don't get any shorter, and I have spent far too long avoiding one particular set of tasks I need to get done in the next week. I will, I will, I will clear that chore!

Well work this one out..after indulging for 3 days. My fasting was 7.1. My lowest fasting ever????.... maybe my insulin resistance has gone after losing 2 and a half stone. Obviously no liver dump despite 2 large baileys at bedtime with cheese and crackers....there is no ryme or reason here...
