Have you got a brand name for the syrup Jan, sounds yummy ?6.1 but not exactly fasting. Had to clear up doggy accidents then forgot to test. It's immediately post last mouthful if porridge/nuts/fruit wth tablespoon of sygar/calorie free hazelnut flavour sucralose syrup.
LolWhat does *** mean?
It is an expletive... Fill in the stars. For f**k sake lol
The amitriptyline will also help lift her mood. I take it at bedtime to relax all my muscles but believe it's original use, in larger doses, is antidepressant5.7 again this morning......not going to winge as @Clivethedrive will give me lines again!
Update o my daughter, saw our preferred gp again last night, he's agreeing the headaches more migraine like and issued a stronger more head focused pain killer, amitriptyline, which should also help with sleep, back at end of the month to review and if no improvement then arrange a ct scan. He did comment she didn't look well and had lost weight, but had a nice talk to he about school and when jokingly mentioning a boyfriend she said she doesn't have one yet and he said the boys must be blind, so that was a nice retort! Seems a better night for her last night too so fingers crossed......
Thanks for the link9Bar's are amaxing... i blame @Brunneria for getting me hooked on them (thank you)... here is a link (I hope it works) to their website. http://www.9bar.com/
You can find them in some supermarkets but I have started to order mine direct from the factory as it works out cheaper. You will have to test which ones work for you...
Actually, at the 2 hr mark I was down to 7.7![]()
Take too much of those Amitriptyline and people call them "I'm a trampoline" man they are pretty sedating those drugsThe amitriptyline will also help lift her mood. I take it at bedtime to relax all my muscles but believe it's original use, in larger doses, is antidepressant

Jordan's Skinny Syrups. On eBay £9.50 per 750 ml bottle or a 4th free if you buy 3. Others I got, but as yet untried, almond, gingerbread and caramel. Someone suggested them as @alliebee mentioned salted popcorn as a snack didn't spike her and I said I didn't fancy salted. Said maybe I could pop the corn then stir a bit of syrup in. Other brands I saw, one was Sweetbird but there are more.... Not a fan of sweeteners really but not too much of an aftertaste in the porridgeHave you got a brand name for the syrup Jan, sounds yummy ?

6.2 this morning- week of early starts, long days and not enough sleep is catching up on me I think.
Thank you very much Jan. The gigerbread one sounds divine. Will do some on line shopping later. Btw I don't buy or store any sweet temptations no more....awwJordan's Skinny Syrups.
