5.1 this morning, my lowest for a while. Still feel cr*p but was up about half hour earlier than I have been.

5.5 this morning after going to bed on 5.3 and not going higher than 5.9 all day!
First day meds free.....must update my signature later and catch up with all your posts too, busy morning as I have my induction at the homeless centre
My recent averages :
7 days 5.6
14 days 5.8
30 days 6
Pretty decent given it was christmas !!
I'm sure all will be well on both counts :) x

Thanks for the good wishes everyone. 7.0 this morning rice krispies and soya milk for breakie.
Had a sleep study done last night to check my breathing over night cause that's when my chest is bad. Waiting for consultant to come round with results.
Hope all goes well and they can pinpoint (and fix) the problem x

Didn't you have a tinned stew last night that you expected to push you up a bit? It can sometimes impact you overnight if that happens (pesky diabetes!!).
Surprising where sugars lurk in cans.... Question - am I missing posts using the app or did Ally tell you about the stew "off thread".

It must have been on another thread.............. (or I imagined it).

Ally has he own thread where she records her readings and food. I think you may be missing a lot by not reading other threads Jan.

6.0 this morning, but it is Monday and the chicken last night did have a tasty but too sweet sauce (total carbs 8.2g/100g so not catastrophic but most of it was sugar). Spiked me from 4.5 to 6.8 at 2 hours anyway. 6.6 at bedtime.

Another busy stressful week at the coal face ...

6,0 this morning

Mercifully, weather has warmed up a bid to the low teens centigrade. Hoping that there will still be snow on the mountains by the weekend as we were not able to visit yesterday.

I am telling the wife that the son is really keen to go there. It's not a lie but in reality I am just as keen to go so that I can take some photos of the snow covered landscape.

Thanks :). Maybe, but I'd spend too much time on them, I know I would. This, and one or two others occasionally, keep me on the "straight & narrow" and are nice friendly places to be :).

Ooh, Sainsbury's are baking hot x buns again mmmmmm.... The wind is in "wrong" direction - and I need t go there soon too

Morning Jan i did have half a small M&S dark dark dark chocolate bar yesterday when Dad and little brother came. Forgot to check spike so will try to remember when i finish it later. Hope your ok.
Thanks Loulou. Sinuses still heavy but thankfully still seem infection-free. Hope the choc doesn't spike when you test later. Still not tried any more of my sugarfree yet.
