5.7 this morning even though I had a Chinese last night and 3 hours after eating went to bed at 7.5 so not too bad ( didn't do 2 hours because did not have my meter with me)

5.5 on this wet morning.....ate late last night...no exercise yesterday...lazy day...

5.9 this morning, higher end of my usual, had gone to bed on 5.3
I may be harsh on myself and pedantic but really don't like the 5.9 !!
Still below freezing here and solid frost outside, snow flurries forcast......

3.9 for me this morning, with bonus tummy ache.

I'm working down the freezers in perparation for closing up the house, so had the last of the scrummy frozen chilli last night. This time I had it with some zero carb rice I found when rummaging deep in the pantry looking for chilli and garlic flake grinder (which I have since discovered has relocated by 4500 miles !). Anyway, on waking this morning I now recall why the zero rice wasn't eaten before - It caused me tummy ache last time too! Memo to self: either eat a modest portion of proper rice or no rice at all!!

Bonkers! - Especially as Lorraine Pascale's Spicy Chilli Con Carne, with Pumpkin and Red Wine doesn't really need a rice accompaniment and is gloriously thick enough in a bowl by itself.

Hey ho. Never mind.

6.3 grrrrr, at least that's down from the 6.8 I went to bed on. Dinner out with friends at a pub last night, had a bit of pastry in the mushroom & stilton tartlet, and a large Yorkshire pudding with the beef with some delicious carrots and probably cornflour in the gravy. Oh well, it was a fun evening!

5.6 today- suspect that's because I didn't have a big meal last night and was up dancing what I did eat off till 1 am.

Thanks everyone for your support - will be watching and reading all your helpful threads and trying to get my life back on track x
