Next week there's a camera crew going up my front end and yes .... I'm a bloke ......

Can't check bs yet, waiting for sorting office to open to get my new strips. Ran out yesterday, could have sworn I had a new batch in the cupboard but must have used them. :wacky: senility getting worse.

4.8 still not convinced a true reading, have generally been in the 5's since diagnosed.

Time and more finger pricking will tell.

Bedtime - 7.9
Fasting - 7.3

Big day of travelling yesterday with little exercise and a lot of motorway driving and sitting on planes so not surprised at high readings.
Starting on 5g of Forxiga today for a 2 month trial to see if we can kick these fasting bs into touch :)
