Oh, I forgot to say the lines had to be handwritten in fountain pen ink. The technology available today would enable you to just type it once and copy/paste 99 times. Also handwritten it would take up much more room and need more than one line of writing so you won't be able to just repeat each word vertically - thus making the punishment a bit easier than it was meant to be.

I'm sure you are right there. Some folks can do small portions of pasta so maybe a smaller portion next time? And if numbers are still high its byebye pasta...... It may not seem like it right now but there is such a great variety of things you can eat ......

For some it,sends the bloods very high. For me, it didn't send my bloods very high at all, but they rose higher than I usually like, and took ages to come back down again. I was also slightly raised for the next day. I just don't bother with it any more.

Took the rest of this week off from work to recharge... I'm using up some overtime hours that I banked over the last will bit. Hopefully some rest will have be pulling better fasting numbers. Hear there is snow in the forecast for my end of the globe starting late this evening.

Spent some time at the local park conservatory this afternoon. Don't know what they are called, but they photographed quite well.
