I'm really happy - when I first set the target back in November (it's based on my body fat being between 12 and 15% rather than BMI as I have a large bone structure and a fair amount of muscle), it seemed completely unachievable but bit by bit I saw my weight dropping and saw the target coming into view and realised I could indeed hit it
The amazing thing is, the initial calculation predicted I'd hit my target at the beginning of May so my diet has worked out exactly as planned![]()
ie diet plan + phil power= bulls eye on target.
