Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

5.5 this morning after an almost bedtime of spot on 5......I had my carb free hot chocolate with a couple of squares of 70% dark afterwards.

Fasting : 6.5 - earlyish check again, and still feeling somewhat grotty...

Not ultra low carb, just cut back where I can. Its been reflected in the numbers . Been doing it for about 3 weeks so far, lost nothing. I dont want to lose loads. 7-14lb would do me.

We don't celebrate anniversaries...but I am being treated to The Hobbit - The Battle of the 5 armies.

7.4 mmol / L this morning.
6.0 mmol / L at bed time.

Suspect lie in was past my Dawn Phenomenon. Also, bed time was past midnight.

Happy Anniversary... so glad you are enjoying yourselves... did you get the thunder and lightening today? Did it rain there? We had storms here and Doha too... They seem to be all over the region... When it's warm you don't mind so much, do you? :) Happy Day....
