Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

6.9 mmol / L this morning.
9.9 mmol / L at bed time.

I'm reasonably happy with that considering the high at bed time - which I didn't expect to be in the 9s!

5.3 this morning with carbs back down to 50. Looks like I've found my carb limit of I want to stay in the non diabetic range
If I want to stay in the 4s I need to drop back to 20g but that level means I lose weight so I think I'll be happy in the low fives if it keeps my weight stable

My current thinking in a nutshell.

Morning. A surprising 4.8 this morning after I wont even tell you what I ate yesterday afternoon which gave me a bedtime reading of13.6.
