7.2 this morning ...started work yesterday after saying i want only a few hours I find I have 29 this week so not sure if gonna keep doing grrrrr :woot:

5.7 mmol / L this morning.
5.5 mmol / L at bed time.

Early start (not as early as yesterday) so probably tested this morning before my dawn phenomenon. Bed time was nearly an hour before midnight. :)

These two tests are more level than the previous readings. I had my usual bedtime food last night but, didn't the previous night. Hard to tell on one comparison but, it indicates my usual bed time food may well keep my blood glucose level - at least over 7 hours of sleep. :)

5.6 chilly but bright Manchester morning, up a tad to early 5.15 dawn chorus is starting to get on my wick.

However works calls have a good day everyone.

5.8 fasting this morning after 5.6 at bed time. Tested last night as wasn't feeling great and sleep was a bit restless too. Hoping for a better day!
