I am mooting it as we speak - haven't eaten yet Vs 3 bratwursts in the fridge for supper tonight. Not even worth contemplating how much bratty you could have on a FF.Are you going to do the fat fast as you said ? Have you started a new thread for it yet? I would like to try it just to maintain my weight, as I feel certain I will pile weight on, just sitting about or walking quite carefully,

Sod it - might as well start. Haven't planned it like last time so will just wing it. I'll set up a different thread later (just dossing from work at the mo). Won't be eloquent but then again you don't really need a lot to get going on a Fat Fast, In a nut shell you are limited by the numbers/ratios.
