Sitting in car, long shift, did my FBG at 4.30 am, slightly above 6 but confess to have become success drunk and indulged a bit, also second day without Forxiga, got rid of UTI symptoms, yay ;-)

I was a 5.9 this morning in Cadiz. Very hot, couldn't decide what to have for breakfast, ended up with a Coffee and croissant, jumped to 8 an hour after, but down to 5.8 after 2 hours so not so bad. It's too hot for me being a ginge but HID loves it.

5.8 before bed, 6 this am I have been having the Atkins low carb strawberry drink as brekkie and that seems to have worked, fingers crossed. Another 5lbs gone so well pleased.

Hello folks. Disgusting headaches throughout the past 24 hours. Nothing seems to help for very long. It's really unpleasant. I don't know if it's Diabetes related or perhaps the medication. Either way, it's making me feel grotty & nauseous. Never the less, my FBG is an ok 5.5 today after a higher than usual 7.4 before bed.
