I’ve been diabetic for over [emoji[emoji6][emoji6]] years. Lots of stress in recent months not really being focussed but still taking meds. DN put me in gliclazide instead of sitagliptin. Readings still on the high side . Talking about insulin . I’m very cautious guess because I don’t know anything about type and insulin. I maintain about weight and have heard stories about weight gain !!! I don’t want to go there .

my mum (t2) had a little initial weight gain. but a few months later started to lose what she put on alongside a little extra. She seemed to be hungier initially as body was used to higher levels. when levels started to sort themselves out lost the extra weight fairly quickly (she was also a lot more active than was).
