Being T2 I am obviously very interested in my HbA1c scores.
I also keep an eye on my Blood Pressure, chloresterol (HDL LDL) & my triglyceride levels.

Are their any other results I should monitor because I am T2?

Liver and kidney function are other tests I get from time to time.

Yes.
Liver and kidney functions are equally important and should be included in your blood tests at least annually.
Liver functions include the ALT level and the Gamma GT. These are markers for fatty liver.
The eGFR (kidney filtration rate) is very important.

I also keep a sharp eye on all my red blood cell markers (found when you have a full blood count, which should also be annually). These include HB haemoglobin, PCV Haematocrit, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW. Red blood cell abnormalities can cause either falsely elevated or falsely lowered HbA1c.

According to my consultant, Anaemia is more common in diabetics and can be indicative of kidney disease
So full blood count with an eye on haemaglobin and iron level
