It converts to a hba1c of 40 in the UK, and to make things even more confusing, this is just over the prediabetic threshold in the US but just under the prediabetic threshold in the UK.
Either way, you do not have diabetes with this result, and keeping a bit of an eye on your foods is likely enough to keep it that way.
Or you just use a chart like I do.
I have a lot of experience discussing diabetes all over the world but my mental tables of multiplication definitely don't go up to 18. In fact, they always get stuck with the tables of 7 and 8 and I'll need fingers to count. 18 is close to impossible without pen and paper.
