It depends on what approach you wish to take. I am wondering if you are eating enough calories? Either that or you have a medical problem. You probably should go and see your doc and discuss your weight loss.I was diagnosed with diabetes at xmas, although it was orginally thought that I was type 1 as I had extremely high blood sugar levels, all the tests came back negative.
Which meant that I was type 2, I was originally but on gliclazide, but I have been taken off this as it was dropping my sugar levels too loo. But what is concerning me is that I am still losing weight, I was 10st 13 at begining of the year and I am now currently 10st 4
A typical day I will eat the following
Breakfast 50g of porridge and a black coffee
Lunch Salad or Soup with some chicken drumsticks
Tea Breaded Fish with some vegetables and some greek yoghurt for pudding.
I will have cups of tea and coffee between meals and snack on various forms of nuts.
I believe this is healthly but not 100% sure if it enough, I have thought about perhaps looking at trying protein shakes to bulk my meals up.
But any thoughts and ideas appreciated.

Never tried them. As little grey cat says, up your portion sizes or eat more fat. I don't know whether you are following portion control, low GI or LCHF?Thats true, I can do that.
I do get some spikes now and then up to about 12 after meals but my BG then drops into the normal range.
What about protein shakes?
