Understanding labels

Labels listing low sugars are confusing. I had 3 slices of this nice bread, reading 2 hours later was 8.9 from 6.9

Is that good or high for that amount of bread?

Although the photo is rather small I think the nutritional information is that it is 48 percent carbohydrate - so it isn't really a good idea to eat a lot of it. I would be way higher at that amount - you obviously cope better with carbs than I do.
It isn't the sugars, it is the carbs which are important.
 
I woke up late, bg level back down to 7

I had one slice for breakfast along with eggs and sausages, no change in bg after 2 hours, could be all eggs blocked absorbtion of carbs
