Morning all,
I woke at 6.30 am with CGM alarming bg was below 3.1
last night I ate at 7.30pm had 2 slices of toast beans and eggs (40g carbs) 11.2 bg at the time.
6.40am 3.1 carton of Juice (20g carbs)
6.55am 2.8 half a spoon of liquid glucose (10-15g)
7.10am 5.4
8.15am 7.4 cup of tea
10am 7.9 (4 doritos by accident and cup of tea)
I've forgotten to bring lunch so interested to see how bg stay. Any opinions on the above?
