could any one maybe help the last couple of days i have constant urge to wee and control seems to have gone a bit also top of my legs are aching a lot writing this is quite embarassing but even more so to go to doctors i would be really grateful for any help or advice ta

Please go and see your Doc right away. Stuff that's embarrassing for us is workaday for them. It might be something that's very simple to clear up if treated immediately but has the capacity to spread and do real damage (for instance a Urinary Tract Infection requiring no more than a course of antibiotics if caught early but with the potential to travel up the ureters to the kidneys) It might be something more complicated. But whatever it is, the sooner a medic knows about it the more likely you are to get it solved.
If you're worried about the slight lack of control and marking your clothes borrow a sanitary pad off one of the women in your life (or pop into your local shop and buy a pack pretending its for one of the women in your life) and put one in your undies for a bit of confidence.
Medical professionals are not there to laugh at you, they're there to help.
If you can't imagine telling the doc why you're there print off you post and take it with you to hand over as a conversation starter.

thanks for your advice things have got worse today think i must have an infection also my sugar levels have shot up very high without any other reason have managed to get appointment for the morn with docs i did appreciate your advice :!: :!:
