Someone just posted on another thread about a useful library of videos . I started a cholesterol and statins thread but maybe a low carb/keto/carnivore video links thread might be useful too.
Here's the statins one...

I'll just link into some people I personally think are worth listening to. Rather than specific videos I'll link to their youtube pages and let others choose the subjects.

For starters one of the greats Dr Jason Fung

The Fat Emperor himself Ivor Cummins

Keto/Carnivore Dr Ken Berry

Some entertainment from Tom Naughton

Hugely informative Low Carb Down Under which has the talks from many conferences not only in Oz

I have deliberately avoided podcasts because I find them too long ...

Please feel free to add anyone you have found worthy of thought.. there will I'm sure be many others...
For myself I don't really like Dr Berg...some do but I find him a bit marmite.. you have been warned! :D

Enjoy

Ben Bikman. His presentations are on YouTube, some are just a few minutes and others are longer. The Insulin IQ channel has some shorter videos otherwise Low Carb Down Under etc has them. He is an expert in the field of metabolic research.

Thanks @Guzzler we really need a one stop shop for Bikman videos but can't find anywhere that has them all at the moment..

but for starters and in no particular order

I deliberately missed out the Low Carb event ones as they should all be on the low carb down under link above in my initial post.

This one is not new but I think it is a great one for the beginner. Covering such topics as Sat Fats, cholesterol, statin, seed oils and grain fed/farmed meat and fish.
Half an hour.
