Thanks been two days testing and exercising and controlling carbS. I am trying to be kinder to myself. Two weeks till I meet with the diabetic specialist nurse.

It's understandable but there is really nothing to worry about. She is there to help - she's on your side. And I think she will be really impressed with your progress.
